The Grand Cherokee 4xe offers a 2.0-liter I4 turbocharged plug-in hybrid powertrain that offers an impressive 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. It gets a an impressive 56 MPGe while also being capable of towing up to 6,000 pounds.
For those looking for more power, the Grand Cherokee can be equipped with a 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 with 357 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque. It can even tow up to 7,200 pounds and can switch off four of the cylinders to save gas when you don't need the additional power.
Latest Technology
The new Grand Cherokee features options for a large 10.1-inch touchscreen powered by the latest Uconnect® 5 infotainment system. Arcata shoppers can even find a built-in navigation system powered by TomTom on some trim levels. The front passenger can have their own front passenger screen on select trim levels to help with navigation and use it as an entertainment system. Other tech features like the available 10-inch Head-Up Display can show driving information such as speed, directions and more on your windshield.
Driver-Assist and Safety Features
The Grand Cherokee comes standard with Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path Detection, and it uses radar and other sensors to alert you to vehicles in your blind spots. The Grand Cherokee offers a redesigned seven-slot grille, and it's equipped with LED lighting that can improve visibility. You can seat up to five in the two-row model, while the three-row model can fit up to six or seven depending on your configuration. You can get heated and ventilated seats, and some models like the Summit offer a massage mode for added comfort. Cloth and leather seating options are available, and you can get real wood trim for a more luxurious look and feel.
